Job Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES OF PRODUCTION SUPERVISORS - MOULDING

● To monitor manpower productivity and to improve the same.
● To check material availability as per plan
● To maintain operator wise output details
● To monitor wastage and take action to reduce the same to optimum level
● To monitor and improve quality of output
● To monitor Tunnel Operations
● To maintain house keeping
● To stack the tray properly
● To prepare operator wise report, wastage report, aqua soft consumption report, online inspection and productivity report.
● To keep all the machines in working condition and report to the Production Manager for the machine under maintenance.
● To update production entries in SAP on a daily basis.
● To monitor the working of arrangers, powder spiders.
● To plan a shift schedule.

Qualification :
B E Mechanical/Production / CIPET Diploma/ Any graduate
