Production Engineer – Battery & Energy Manufacturing | Pune

Job Summary

We are hiring a Production Engineer to support manufacturing operations at our Pune facility. The role involves managing production processes, ensuring quality standards, optimizing assembly line efficiency, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-growing energy storage manufacturing environment.

Both freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day production and assembly line operations

• Ensure production targets are met as per schedule

• Monitor process parameters and maintain quality standards

• Troubleshoot basic production and assembly issues

• Maintain production documentation and reports

• Coordinate with quality and maintenance teams

• Ensure adherence to safety and compliance norms

• Participate in process improvement and lean initiatives

• Assist in material planning and inventory coordination

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: ITI / Diploma / BE / B.Tech (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Production or related field)

• Experience:

  • Freshers can apply

  • 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing/production preferred

• Location: Pune (On-site role)

Salary

• CTC: ₹19,000 – ₹22,000 per month
