Job Description:

Job Title: Maintenance Associate
Location: Pune
Salary: ₹25,000 CTC per month
Education: ITI / Diploma / B.Tech / BE (Electrical / Mechanical preferred)

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines and equipment.

• Inspect electrical and mechanical systems regularly.

• Identify faults and carry out basic repairs.

• Maintain tools, spare parts and maintenance records.

• Support production team to reduce downtime.

• Follow safety standards and company guidelines.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance.

• Ability to use hand tools and testing instruments.

• Willing to work in shifts if required.

• Freshers and candidates with 1–2 years of experience can apply.
