Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage financial operations, banking relationships, treasury activities, audits, and statutory compliance. The role includes financial reporting, tax reconciliation, documentation, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

1. Audit Management

- Coordinate and manage statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits.

- Prepare and maintain audit schedules, financial records, and supporting documents.

- Liaise with external auditors, internal auditors, and regulatory authorities.

- Ensure timely closure of audit observations and compliance gaps.

2. Statutory Compliance

- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements including GST, Income Tax, TDS, and Companies Act.

- Monitor timely filing of statutory returns and regulatory reports.

- Keep updated with changes in tax laws and financial regulations.

- Implement internal financial controls and compliance policies.

3. Taxation & Reconciliation

- Prepare and review GST returns, TDS returns, and Income Tax filings.

- Conduct tax reconciliations such as GST reconciliation (GSTR-2B vs Books), TDS reconciliation, and income tax reconciliation.

- Handle tax assessments, notices, and departmental queries.

- Ensure accurate tracking of Input Tax Credit (ITC).

4. Documentation & Record Management

- Maintain accurate financial documentation, statutory registers, and compliance records.

- Prepare supporting schedules and working papers for audits and tax filings.

- Ensure systematic record keeping for financial transactions and agreements.

- Maintain documentation for regulatory inspections and audits.

Bank Liaison:-

  • Maintain effective liaison with banks and financial institutions for operational and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate with banks for loan documentation, working capital limits, bank guarantees, and credit facilities.
  • Prepare and submit stock statements, financial statements, CMA data, and other banking documents.
  • Monitor bank reconciliations, fund flow, and treasury transactions.
  • Support management in bank negotiations, renewals, and financial facility documentation.

Skills Required

- Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and audit procedures

- Expertise in GST, TDS, and Income Tax reconciliation

- Strong documentation and record management skills

- Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and financial reporting tools

- Ability to coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities

Qualifications

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualified

- 4–8 years of experience in Finance, Audit, or Compliance roles

- Experience in handling banking and taxation matters preferred
