Job Description:

TL – Development Engineer (SRT Projects)

Job Profile:

1. Design of Tools, Jigs, Fixtures & Gauges using CAD software (2D & 3D).
2. Process planning, manufacturing feasibility study, and machining sequence planning.
3. Verification of designs in line with established design standards.
4. Comprehensive costing of tools, processes, and related activities.
5. Troubleshooting during tool, jig, and fixture manufacturing as well as try outs.
6. PPAP documentation and compliance, including PFMEA, SPC, MSA, etc.

Candidate Profile:

• Diploma in Tool Design & Manufacturing from NTTF/GTTC/CTTC/IGTR or BE Mechanical / DME.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Press Tool, Gauge, or Fixture Design.
• Hands-on experience in Progressive, Draw, and Forming Tool Design.
• Strong knowledge of sheet metal operations.
• Good understanding of tool manufacturing and design principles.
• Excellent communication skills.
