Job Title: Helper & Operator – Production Line
Location: Chakan MIDC, Pune
Total Vacancies: 100
Salary: ₹23,500 In-hand
Duty Hours: 12 Hours
Working Days: 26 Days
Job Summary
We are urgently hiring Helpers and Operators for production line work in the manufacturing of ceiling fans and LED lights. Candidates will be involved in assembly line operations and basic production activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on production and assembly line for ceiling fans and LED lights
- Perform basic machine operation and manual assembly tasks
- Ensure product quality as per company standards
- Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures
- Assist in loading, unloading, and material handling
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline on the shop floor
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Any Graduation
- Experience: Freshers & Experienced both can apply
- Basic understanding of production work preferred
